Called multiple times, even left a voicemail and never got a call back. Hard to do business if you don't answer your phone.

The man answered the phone and didn’t say it was a business, so I had to ask. I had 4 appointments for an estimate and even confirmed with him around what time they would be here. They never showed up to any. I normally would only give 2 chances but everyone here says they are the best. How can they be the best if they don’t even show up?

Phone number doesn't work and they don't respond to other messages. Assuming the business is dead?

Just got off the phone with this guy, the nicest man you'll ever meet. Sure wish the young bucks of this generation would grow a pair and decide to work, get their hands dirty and help support the family businesses. Glad I had a brief moment to speak with you, Sir! Onward And Upward! Justin Olson
