I have used Dale for many years and he has always done me great!!!!
We have used Watt accounting as our tax preparer for years and have been pretty happy with the service. In 2023 my husband won a little money in a casino so we had to file a tax return in another state. We were told when we signed and paid for our taxes that everything was E filed however 2 months later we learned that the one for Iowa never was sent. We called weekly for two months and not once did Mr Watt return our calls or get back to us when we were actually able to speak with him. I finally gave up and have filed the r... read more
I gave Mr. Watt my tax papers months ago. I have called numerous times and left messages with no answer and no return call. It got to the point where when I woulD call his mailbox was full so I couldn't continue to leave messages to have him call me back. I still haven't heard anything about my 2021 taxes still to this day.
