Diana is a true professional. From the moment I arrived, she was caring, calm, attentive, and responsive to my needs. My time in the water was quite unlike anything I have ever experienced. I just had my Watsu session with Diana, and all I can say is WOW! Diana takes the time to truly get to know you before you begin the water session. When you’re in the pool with her, she guides you effortlessly through the water to the point that it feels like the water is an extension of yourself. This was my second Watsu experience. Diana made me feel well looked after with a thorough check in ahead of time and after. The session itself was gentle and rejuvenating. For those who have never tried Watsu, I would describe it as an experience of being held in a womb. I can imagine it would be a beneficial experience for those who live with a great deal of discomfort in their bodies on a regular basis.
