Terrible customer service every single time I call with a warranty issue. They deserve a negative star!
The furniture selection is good, quality of it is good. But regarding the furniture coverings, the shouldn't even offer them. The customer service is the laziest I've seen in a while. I've been waiting over four months for the coverings and when one of them did come in, it wasn't the correct configuration. I then went to the store to speak to the rep, who then told me he'd find out and get back with me that day. After waiting two weeks for the rep to get back with me, he never did. They don't even deserve a star honestly. My husband and I purchased a pool Jan 9th 2021. We were told the pool would be installed mid May, then the end of May then we were assured it would be up and running come June 1st. It is now June 14th. Watson's manager and sales team continue to fail to provide honest truthful information. When you buy a pool from them, be aware that no one is going to return your call and no one is going to answer your questions with honest answers. We ordered our Bull Frog hot tub back in October 2020 with a delivery month of April 2021. Since then our order has been delayed multiple times from May to now possibly will not ship till June 2021. At this rate it will be a year and still will not have received our hot tub. Very disappointed for the amount of money spent in purchasing one.
