I have been going to Watsons in Huber Heights since it opened up and in June 2011 i was told by NICK that Shock would be 10.99 all Summer Long, I was like Cool ill be in to get my shock all Summer Long, Well I called on June 11,2011 and i was told it was 11.99 and that they are still cheaper then everyone else, and was told they would honor 1 time at 10.99 per case, well i have bought other things there, and you go in to buy something they try to talk you out of what you need and try to sell you more things then you really n... read more
Friendly staff, eager to help, and willing to go above and beyond. If you need chemicals, and supplies, this is the place to hit up. Theyll work a great deal for you, and help keep your pH balence for your pools in check. I will go nowhere else than the Huber Heights branch!
Think twice before you buy anything here second hot tub and it cost me more for the second one and below is my storey It me tell all having something serviced well it will take over three weeks to get it fixed.I got a hot tub 4 months ago and the heat pump went out and I been waiting for three weeks now I called watsons and I stated what would happen if it went out in the winter and they told me that its up to me to put a heater in the shell until the part comes in. BULL CRAP.
