one of the worse experiences of dealing with a business. read my other reviews. they took my hot tub to repair back in June of this year. it is now November 17, and they still haven't fixed it. They keep claiming that parts were hard to get, but I called the manufacturer and didn't know of any shortages that they were looking for. They only have one maintenance person who works one day a week, and they have hard times keeping people.
Just a shout out to our salesman Kevin at Watson’s outdoor furniture. He gave us an education on quality outdoor furniture . He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about every line of outdoor furniture and all accessories. We were completely satisfied and appreciated his professionalism and the fact that he wasn’t done helping us after he made the sale. Thanks Kevin!!!
