From start to finish Watson's level of support has been amazing! From Perry in sales, Cody and Justin in set up and service, I wouldn't go with anyone else if you are in the market for a hot tub!! The customer service is impeccable here!! They get it right every time!!
I ordered a hot tub in the summer of 2023 and as of February 20, 2024. I have not been able to get in it. It wasnt delivered until after Christmas and it has not worked. We have to constantly call to get somebody out to look at it. They dont call back when we leave messages. We are always the ones having to call to see what is going on with any parts. Its been the most frustrating purchase of my life. I will never use them for anything again and my family will not either.
We had an awesome experience with Mark at Watson’s in Evendale. To start Mark was super informative about the pool options they provided over the phone. This initiated our visit to see the actual pools. Their showroom is outstanding, if you are looking for any type of accessory to living life comfortably and enjoyably, they have it. Watsons sales person and staff were excellent today. Pam assisted the sale of a fire pit and had help from them to put in our SUV.
Bought a new shuffleboard table, ‘floor model’ air hockey game, and a floor model Weber grill, sold “As Is”. So close to being a good experience, but instead, Watson’s missed on a small detail, and then deliberately slipped something by me, and washed their hands of the whole situation by saying the grill was sold “As Is”. Bought a beautiful Brunswick shuffle board table, that was delivered on a timely basis.
