From start to finish Watson's level of support has been amazing! From Perry in sales, Cody and Justin in set up and service, I wouldn't go with anyone else if you are in the market for a hot tub!! The customer service is impeccable here!! They get it right every time!!
Bought a new shuffleboard table, ‘floor model’ air hockey game, and a floor model Weber grill, sold “As Is”. So close to being a good experience, but instead, Watson’s missed on a small detail, and then deliberately slipped something by me, and washed their hands of the whole situation by saying the grill was sold “As Is”.
