Staff kurang friendly, hanya staff di kaunter sahaja yang okay dan mesra. Staff lain pula tidak begitu membantu, beg untuk letak barang pun tak bagi. Saya lebih suka pergi ke watsons Taman Kenangan sebab staff di sana lebih friendly, mesra dan layanan pun lebih baik. Harap pihak management boleh improve customer service di sini.
