Bob, sales manager and Jack were superior in assisting my husband and I with a new patio dining set. Both are extremely knowledgeable about product and listened to our situation and needs. Very professional. We both are extremely satisfied with their assistance.
From start to finish Watson's level of support has been amazing! From Perry in sales, Cody and Justin in set up and service, I wouldn't go with anyone else if you are in the market for a hot tub!! The customer service is impeccable here!! They get it right every time!!
Bought a new shuffleboard table, ‘floor model’ air hockey game, and a floor model Weber grill, sold “As Is”. So close to being a good experience, but instead, Watson’s missed on a small detail, and then deliberately slipped something by me, and washed their hands of the whole situation by saying the grill was sold “As Is”. If I could give Watson's of Dayton a score of 0 stars I would at this point. I have shopped at Watson's over the years, and I continue to run into customer service issues. We first bought our pool there and the pool was was incorrectly manufactured, and it was a battle and to get them to agree even though it was obvious that the holes were punched on one side incorrectly as half of one bolt hole was completely open and when the wall went together it would not fully set in the track. After getting no follow up from 2 salesmen at Watson’s, I talked to Brandon. He listened to my needs and followed up within hours. He not only had the products I needed but offered a discount because of the inconvenience I had experienced. He also worked out a plan for me to get the products ( furniture covers) shipped to a Watson’s closer to me so I did not need to make the drive to Dayton nor pay for shipping. Back in the 90s when all my children were small we had +Watson's of Dayton install a pool in our yard in New Carlisle and everything about the experience was fabulous. We moved from that house in 2002 and have missed our pool ever since. After saving up for a year, in 2014, wanting to support local business I bought a pool from a dealer New Carlisle. I was lied to, ripped off, the pool was installed in such a way that the manufacturer told us it wasn't safe, not warranted and please don't allow my children to get in it. Less... read more
