I expected high pressure sales from a custom shop. What I got was a relaxed atmosphere, friendly owners and quality, style and craftsmanship. I spent more than I had anticipated, but I got THE best looking cowboy hat I have ever seen, and it's mine. I get compliments from both farmers and ranchers. That says it all.
