I would like to raise a concern regarding the customer service at Watsons GPO !!! There was a female cashier wearing a hijab and glasses, who I believe may be a new staff as she was not wearing a name tag. Unfortunately, her attitude towards customers was very rude and she showed very poor customer service. What concerned me the most was that after a customer walked away, she appeared to be talking negatively about the customer with another staff member beside her. Rude cashier staff (free hair girl) encountered during visit and purchase on 27 October 2025 17:37. Also caught her mumbling and complaining about previous customer when I approached the counter. Not evem responsive when I said thank you before leaving with my purchases.
