ON 18th SEPT, at your Watsons outlet, the cashier deducted my points without my permission and without any explanation. She simply told me I didn’t need to pay, but did not clarify why. Of course, I said “okay,” though I was confused at the time. Later, I discovered that my points had been deducted right away.
