Terrible delivery. They try to make it as inconvenient as possible to steal your order and money and don't use doordash drivers so there's no escalation

I won't order delivery from this place again for the following reasons: • took over an hour to deliver (this place is a 10m drive away) • Delivery person did not follow instructions for entry • when I called for a status update I was told "Our delivery person never goes upstairs to apartments. You need to wait outside/by the front door" • overall inconvenience

Ordered a delivery from them. They sent me a link to track the order. It said 42 minutes but they did not arrive. A hour later, I was sent another link that gave me an additional hour wait time. I called them after an hour past the promised delivery time and was told they called me an hour ago and that I didn’t answer. The thing is, they called me five minutes after ordering through uber, but hung up *within* the first ring ( within, not after. As in, almost immediately-not enough time to even answer). Very disappointing experience. Our DoorDash order was delayed, so we called the store twice and provided multiple ways to reach us, including the phone number we were calling from. They later claimed they waited outside our house and that we entered the wrong phone number—neither was true. We even received their cancellation text on the same number they said was incorrect. Instead of taking responsibility, they gave contradictory explanations and called me “ridiculous.” Poor customer service and zero accountability.
