From an old bloke, I find it better for me, to use the information you gave me, to exercise and do stretching first thing in the morning, EVERY weekday. I then give myself the weekend off. Thanks
Chelsea is an incredible physio, so patient and thorough and has helped me tremendously in managing my back pain. All staff are lovely and you always receive a warm welcome. Highly recommend
I have been recieving physio treatment here for quite a while now and i recommended this place to my friends too. I am looking after by Jackie she's been a lifesaver for my muscles stiffness issue and musculoskeletal problem. She also gave a guide on how to stretch and mild exercise on the road to recovery. This is an awesome physio centre with a team of great physios who work alongside each other to provide different aspects of care. I highly recommend Jacqui, who is a cheerful and clear communicator, and an expert in gentle and effective dry needling, but have had great experiences with the other physios too.
