Being a newly married couple we asked Watson Taxes for help to clear up an amemdment with our taxes. After being chastized about how we did not give the proper info as to sending in our info as married filing jointly. Watson Taxes still charged us for doing the amendment and still sent our paper work into the IRS as "Married filing seperate." This was two years ago and we still have not received or taxes. Thier professionalism is a joke at best!
Made an appointment and when I got there I was told there was a misunderstanding and the only person available was leaving because he had an appointment at the bank. Like what? You would think he would reschedule with the bank and keep our appointment since it’s a business but no…
All in All, I regret bringing my income tax returns here. I thought my business would be appreciated at a smaller more personal location. Instead I am having to amend the errors with IRS solely made by this agency. SMH. Should've kept looking.
