If you want you taxes filed before April 15, DON'T go to Nicky Watson. No communication. Inconsistent office hours. You will get plenty of excuses and rudeness. We finally tracked Nicky down and asked for our tax documents back so we could take them to someone more reliable. This was in September. SEPTEMBER! Lesson Learned.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Took over a year to do my small business taxes and ended up dropping me as a client less then a month before they needed to be filed. Kept telling me "We will get to your soon. We are very backed up." I was respectful the whole process and they never completed my taxes. I ended up having to go elsewhere after they dropped me and had to pay extra because of how late it was and last minute. Very rude service!! My husband and I had our taxes brought in 8 months ago, and they still were not done yet. I ended up taking them to a different place to have them done. They were sitting on the desk of a former employee. Strongly do not recommend.
