The level of professionalism from the staff is remarkably underwhelming. The attorney appears far more committed to attending social events than to providing attentive, responsible care to her clients. If the team devoted even a fraction of that energy to their cases, the overall experience might actually resemble competent legal service.
I had a consultation with her regarding an immigration issue. She assured me afterwards her team would be in touch. She never contacted me again (about a month passed). I had to reach out to her, and after I did she merely referred me to a different lawyer after having paid the ~$300 Fee. She was professional, however I would have preferred to receive that referral much sooner.
