Very poor customer service by Suzanne, who handles all of the firms collection accounts! She uses retaliation against you if you file a complaint against her behavior! Handle the situation a week ago on Friday and never faxed over the documentation. Could not provide me with the confirmation information either! When I contacted the office a week later, she gave me the runaround and then faxes the information. This law firm is very bad service. Call every day. Each I called about 100 times about she took my money in my bank account. I am very stressful about this.
