I was introduced to this firm a few months ago as I was looking to purchase a property. The conveyancer I was communicating with back then seemed prompt and professional, which is the least that I can say about the one I dealt with most recently I do not wish to name this lady, but due to her negligence and me having to chase her throughout the period of a week, I unfortunately lost a property that I was wanting to purchase. From my initial phone enquiry till the work was completed, it was all smooth process. Peter helped me with franchise agreement and advised me of costs before work commenced also additional costs that could occur along the way. I also like to thank Mitchell & Adam who I had met at a local networking event, that's how I found out about all the services that they offer.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Although I was charged an agreed-upon amount, I was unaware of how basic the service would be for that price. When I reached out for clarification, I was told that was the set price and that I had to pay. I do not want to receive an automated message asking if I wanted to discuss this further, even though I had already reached out and received no resolution, Based on this experience, I will not be using or recommending this business."
