Unlike others that have left reviews I have had zero issues with items being stored there. Plenty of boxes filled with books and other materials that still remain mold free. Although there are a few spiders that set up some webs so I do have to occasionally sweep out the bug carcasses that they leave on the floor. If you are going to be storing furniture with fabric, clothing, or other similar items I would recommend looking into storage that is temperature and humidity controlled. These units are neither.
