So grateful our students have the opportunity to go to Washington DC for their Senior Class trip for 5 days- learning and enjoying! Gettysburg, Arlington National Cemetery, changing of the guard at Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Lincoln Memorials, Touring the Capitol, Pentagon, 9-11 Memorial, Mount Vernon, Jefferson, FDR and MLK Memorials, National Archives, Botanical Gardens Washington National Zoo and theatre productions in the evenings- just to name a few! No reviews I am surprised! With regard to the E-mail notification of a threat to my daughter’s safety having been sent several days after the threat was known to the school this will not be a favorable review! After having spoken to a representative of the Watkins Glen Police Department and was told a slightly different story about the timing of the threat and when the school knew about it, that fact and that I as a parent was NOT notified sooner so I could make a decision to remove my daughter from school or keep home from ... read more
