This is only the second time I've written a review but I am so impressed with the staff, and the care and attention they show residents and visitors is overwhelming and they need to be recognised. This home was not my first choice, but I very very glad my mother was admitted. Great Team at Watford Quality Care, Thank you
Dad's Home Away From Home, for 18 months. Notoriously difficult to please, Dad was content there. He approved of the meals, and especially loved Halloween. Highly Recommend. It's not easy. But we were content.
Extremely friendly and caring staff. Residents get proper care. Property is small, but quaint, which allows my one-on-one time. The common areas are comfortable and welcoming. Although the building is quite old and has a bit of a hospital smell and vibe.. it was a place we knew my Grandmother was being taken care of properly. Much preferred over Trillium Villa in Sarnia.
