Gracias me encanta este lugar son muy buenos enseñando, limpio seguro y muy bien coordinado.
70% of our lessons get cancelled because instructor calls out 10minutes before the scheduled time. They will credit your account for a future make up but we waste gas and time when this happens. Lessons are also expensive and takes the kids forever to actually get to swimming independently. Won't be returning after several thousands of dollars spent.
SCAM. If you cancel lessons 48hrs in advance you are still charged. Super shady. Those charges are labeled "make up lessons," but after you cancel your autopay and try to use the make up lessons (we had 9 of them) you only have 1 week to use them! What a gross scammy policy. I'm truly disgusted by this company.
Let me start off by saying I rarely ever go one-star on anything, just look at any of the other reviews I contribute...so here goes. We have been turned away from our regularly scheduled weekly sessions 3 times within the last month, all the last minute after we have shown up all ready to go for our lesson. This is the Glendora location using the L.A. Fitness pool.
