Five star goes all to Val! My son loves water! He is on level two and that's a big deal!!!!! Their front desk and phone operators are always willing to help on anything!

I recently enrolled my child in a few classes, and while the experience has mostly been positive, there are a few concerns. The instructors occasionally start late and tend to wrap up the sessions a few minutes early. This results in less instructional time than what’s advertised, what should be a 20-minute class often ends up feeling closer to 15 minutes. I'm a special need person that LOVES to swim. Coming to waterworks makes me happy and I love all the instructors and the employees who work there. One of the instructors named Megan motivated me to swim on my own and Marsha one of the employees cheers me on. Whether it's a level pass or not I get a prize from the treasure chest. I have been swimming since childhood and now I would definitely choose this business. Whether it's a family friend working there or a friend covering for them i am always happy seeing them.

Can’t thank Leilani enough for the progress she’s made with my kids over this current summer season. Our family has tried numerous swim programs and instructors, for multiple swim seasons but no one has made any progress in my fearful/anxious child except for Leilani. It’s so much fun watching my child who is now comfortable with putting her face in the water and making progress in her swim lessons. Thank you so much Leilani and the waterworks team!
