They installed a faulty tank and ended up charging us for all the new parts and labor, never doing business with them again.
Great service, these folks are very knowledgeable about water treatment systems. Noticed a significant difference in water quality after maintenance. Highly receommend!!
I would give zero stars if I could. I have been living in my current house for 3 years with my now husband who has been here for 7. We have struggled and struggled with our well system, particularly with our water being brown. Just in the last year we've had the pump replaced twice (waterway) and our well drilled and a new sleeve put in (drilled by another company). Do not have anyone from waterway come and fix anything they will over charge you and pretty much put a bandage on whatever the problem is where you might get a month or two with your water system working till it breaks down again I've spent over enough money on them to see that they're worthless scam artists
As always prompt and friendly. Knowledgeable showed proper concerns for health issues
