All Of the staff are friendly and respectful
My beautiful Gran had the most amazing care from all the staff at Waterview, I could not have asked for anything more. In Grans last 2 weeks the staff were amazing both to Gran and myself. The comfort and medical assistance she received was faultless, I will forever be grateful !!
We had a family member at Waterview and several of our friends have, or have had, family members there. All of us have nothing but praise for the way that the staff interact with the residents and visitors.
