Outstanding customer service! I went in and was greeted by Ingrid, so professional, so kind and extremely helpful. Once I chose the countertop, she introduced me to Mickey. I was pleasantly surprised by his proposal. I had shopped around and he was giving me an incredible deal. It just wasn’t the deal, it was the service! The countertop is stunning and his workers were professional, on time and extremely courteous. I highly recommend this company and will for sure be back on any more projects! Thank you, Mickey and Ingrid!!

Excellent selection and great customer service. We looked in many stores for floor tiles for a bathroom and laundry room renovation and found the best ones in Watertown Tile. Mickey and Ingrid were very helpful including advice on tile and grout selection, letting us borrow several samples to find the right one and coordinating the timing for delivery with the contractor. I will definitely come back to this store for future tile projects.
