I had an absolutely horrible experience at this bank today when I went to withdraw cash from their ATM. The machine swallowed my card (and didn’t give me my cash), and I was told to speak to the assistant manager, Jason. He was so rude and confrontational, telling me that all banks do this if you don’t have an account with them. I had a very disappointing experience at your Belmont branch recently. A simple deposit took over five minutes to process, which is unacceptable for such a basic transaction. I brought this to the attention of the branch manager, hoping for assistance or at least acknowledgment. Very unhappy with this bank. I've been a customer for almost 4 years now but I'll be switching over to Bank of America. In the last couple of months their site has crashed several times leaving me unable to log in. When I called and asked how I could get my account balance they said there was no way to check and I'd just have to keep trying back seeing they had no idea when it would be fixed.
