Therone is the longtime owner andreally helpful and takes time and let you try all the beds. just try to come when Therone is here. Trust me under all that niceness Therone is still a salesman too, but at least he keeps it real and is very knowledgeable about his craft. just taking a star off of for the other salesman who caused me to lose almost $2000 on a bed that was not fitting for me. He told me there was no return policy when in fact, there is one

Went in yesterday and met with Mike. Great experience. First thing he asks me is what my budget range is. I tell him I'd like to keep it under $1500. "No problem. We can do that for you." He shows me a couple around $1200. "But I do also have another great option for you at $1000." So he was actually trying to undersell me, which I appreciated. But I ended up deciding to spend the extra $250 for a little extra quality. Much prefer giving these gents business, rather than a chain store.

Come for the great product, but stay for the great people!! We had a very specific need — the kind where another mattress store literally told us, “Oh, you need to go to Watertown Mattress. Watertown Mattress very kindly found replacements for the hardware that went missing for my bed in my most recent move. Excellent people work there, would recommend wholeheartedly.

Bought an extra firm mattress from them. Have been sleeping on the new mattress for 2 weeks now. Very happy with the purchase. The previous mattress was not firm enough for my back which has some issues. Mike the salesman is knowledgeable and nice as other reviews have said. The delivery process was smooth as well. Would recommend the store to anyone.
