Shopping at Watertown Mattress was a 10/10 experience. We had 1:1 help from Mike in finding a comfortable mattress within (actually generously under) our price range in a matter of minutes! Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we loved getting to know him. We will be back for all of our future mattresses, too!
I highly recommend you come here if you’re in need of a new mattress. My wife and I purchased a mattress from here, the owner is welcoming and professional. The prices and quality are also top notch. We also got our mattress delivered, that service was top notch as well.
Easy to miss this place given it's on a busy main road, but buying a mattress here is just as easy as buying any other normal consumer product. Great selection and and fair prices, which is why our family sleeps on 4 of their mattresses. Mike and Therone are very friendly and will take their time to make sure you find the perfect mattress for your budget. Really embodies the spirit of a small local business that you want to support.
We came in today looking for a mattress for my daughter. She found several she really liked, but they were more than I wanted to spend. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, and found her a mattress in our price range she would love just by understanding what she liked about the others: He provided great customer service, was friendly, and even had it delivered to her today! Great experience all around!
Phenomenal service, Therone was funny and helped us find a comfortable mattress. Man of his word and price matched a competitor, even providing a discount after service. Would highly recommend, very personalized approach to mattress shopping and considered my wife's tailbone injury as well when providing suggestions.
