Was a C.N.A here and i can honestly say nurses and staff are amazing to the residents .i loved my residents nd staff .
I was very impressed when I visited there today. The facility was clean and the staff was very caring and understanding. They treated the patients with dignity and respect. It is a very family type atmosphere. Most of all, the patients seemed happy and content. I have visited many facilities and I must say I really enjoyed my visit there today.
Had to find out from the news paper obitiary my aunt died.... thanks for the phone call.
My Mom is currently a resident at Watertown Convalarium. The staff is nothing short of AMAZING!! My Mom is so well cared for! The RNs CNAs, housekeeping, laundry, and dietary all treat her with the utmost respect. The recreation department does a wonderful job keeping my mother involved in various fun activities. As her family, we know she is safe, happy, and loved by the entire staff.
If you have to send a loved one to a Nursing Home- this is the place for your loved ones! Michael and Vanessa Vincitorio are extraordinary!
