We just got ours installed but it works great so far. I've talked with a number of them and they were knowledgeable and helpful. I'll revise if any troubles come up.

Please stay away from this company! We have had our bathtub for two years now and it is has honestly been nothing but trouble. The chromotherapy lights have been broken since the first month. The airjets covers come off super easy and now we have a crack in our tub. They supposedly have a warranty but the owner will not honor it at all. After waiting months for a reply.. emailing and calling, I finally spoke with Kenny and I was told by Kenny who handles all the warranty issues that the owner flat out refuses to pay for our ... read more

Purchased a watertech airbath a year ago for my bathroom remodel. Though it was going to be great. It absolutely was not. I didn't install it right away because I was working on several projects at once. I pulled it out of the box 3 months later only to discover a leak in the thin, brittle fiberglass unit. I called watertech and they told me that they would not refund me because it was after 90 days, despite me showing them that the tub was still wrapped in plastic. I ordered a tub, not knowing what I was doing. Pete called me asking me if I knew i would need additional equipment. He wanted to make sure i got exactly what I wanted. Very professional and quite knowledgeable, knowing what I needed before I even knew i needed it. Even though I had to cancel the tub because it wasn’t the right one I’m gonna re-order with this company with the help of Pete I highly recommend them.
