Called them over concerns of things not adding up in my bank statements/transaction history. No help at all, kept repeating the same 3 sentences over and over again for 4 minutes insisting I was wrong and if I was unconvinced I can find the time to figure it out myself come in once I have. This has been a repeated issue with them for the past year. I no longer trust my money in this bank and will be finding a new bank immediately and recommend others do as well.
Made an appointment for my son to see someone to authorize the creation of his treasury direct account. I had to go there three times and it still hasn't been done. This place is very unorganized and the notary doesn't show up when they are supposed to be there. The bank didn't make the right appointment to get a 'signature guarantee' instead of a notary. Not helpful at all.
2 Weeks of issues of NOT DEPOSITING MY PAYCHECK. Their internal error. Cost me money. This bank sucks.
