More than just a gym! Well equipped gym with pool / cardio / rresistance / free weight / functional / core areas. Spa / recovery area and restaurant forr relaxation. Amazing staff in every department.
Facilities very good and are excellent, however that doesn’t matter when your Gym is far over capacity coming here any time other than mid day on a week day or late at night leave you waiting 15-30 minutes per machine, so over crowded and crammed a 1:30 hour session becomes 3 hours, would recommend the establishment put a Cap in place however money is more important, save you time money and actually burn more calories or get more sets In by investing in a home gym or a bigger gym.
