Called at the credit union on Wednesday went up to a free counter the lady lifted a sign from under the counter saying position closed ,didn't lift her head or direct me to the next counter, disgraceful disrespect attitude, this member of staff needs some training in customer service she wasn't even a younger member still training but a mature lady. Very disappointing

Last two times I've been it's been closed. Closing for lunch and closing an hour early these days because of covid. None of the times updated on Google.. just anoying and unnecessary. If a buisness is going to change its opening hours it would be nice if you updated your times so that customers don't waste time and money trying to gain access to their savings.
Felt very welcomed when I joined today,the lady Laura made sure I got a seat as I have MS.then helped me through the paperwork Thanks again 👍
