I am so glad I found Shawna and was able to work on my goals with her through hypnotherapy. The growth, changes I experienced between our first and last sessions were amazing. I found Watershed/Shawna via Google because I had come across hypnotherapy and researched a bunch of therapists who worked with hypnotherapy. I emailed my therapist, who had retired, and he thought it was a great form of therapy. I say all of this to say that if hypnotherapy is something you're looking for, Shawna is the best.
