Im a resident at waters park house the management is poor agree worhe the other comments. Havent recieved an order I have placed over £100 so handling stolen goods tracked and the order has been recieved staff but not in my hands. Steaming. Why am I still here ? Been 480days 24/7 day in day out there's nothing wrong with me need to go just mental ill and that's about it also an inside job and there banging on about voices. Idiots
Im a resident here food is good been here 503days now and haven't left yet. I've seen 8 other residents leave already and I am still here. Fuming. They also believe there's voices in my head which if that was still the case I wouldn't of left Glenbourne. There is nothing wrong with me made a remarkable recovery and just waiting to leave bored now haven't been given a leaving date although I have found vacancies in other places more suitable for my needs. Water park is such a great place to work. As an agency worker, this is by far my best place to work. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. They help each other to give a good care to their residents. If i have a chance i will always come back to work here.

Disrespectful, rude, chucked my relatives belongings out into bin bags and left in the reception for days not even behind the desks, just next to the front door. Anyone could’ve taken them. Lied and not caring at all. Health and safety risks do not send relatives here!! Even just for rehab do not send
