Doesn’t even earn 1 star. I was assigned Jane through SisterCare for a domestic abuse case. The judge made an order and the report was still not filed after 6 weeks. Upon advice directly from the Clerk of Court, I contacted the judge via email to request assistance, and Jane called me on the phone, yelling at me and telling me I had no business contacting the judge for help.
