I have been a member here for almost 20 years. Lovely people and nice facilities when they are working but they are rarely working all at the same time! I need the steam room but it is always faulty. It was fixed last week after 2 weeks being closed due to fault but today it is again not working which is infuriating. The management should at least offer some kind of goodwill gesture to loyal guests who pay premium monthly fees. Simply not good enough!!!
