I called Waters Choice to ask questions concerning my cloudy hot tub after adding monthly enzymes. I was soon put in contact with (2) great tech team members that were on the road. And actually able to answer my concerns with some solutions. And setting my filter cycles to the proper settings cured my cloudy water in a day. Fantastic customer service and solution.
