Water is so important and Water One has not been cutting it for years. My hair (Same with my neighbor) is always dry and damaged. Significantly worse than when showering in other parts of the city, Lenexa, Kansas City. We filter everything. They do what they need to do to pass testing and that's it. You'd think at some point they would try to improve their processes for the health of the community.

This would have been 5 star but the telephone system was not working properly and after waiting on hold for several minutes(30) I was disconnected when it was supposed transfer my call. I called the admin office and reached security who was very polite and explained what happened so he said he would walk over and explain what happened and have them contact me. Several years ago, after being so fed up with WaterOne's payment system, I decided to write them a check for about $3,000. I figured that would buy me a few years of not dealing with the monthly stress of trying to give them money. As those funds are now depleted, I tried opening a new payment account. Nothing has changed. I attempted to sign up and was rejected, as the "Customer ID" space is blank. I am supposed to call them.... I called to report a water main break and Kim was so unprofessional, rude and honestly trashy. It’s 7:30 am and an emergency and she’s trying to argue and curse for NO REASON. It was digusting dealing with her.
