their payment system suck, way too complicated.
Continuing having login issues cannot pay my bill online. Everything is unorganized and ran by a bunch of incompetent people.
Online service sucks, phone service won’t pick up my account number.
I have been calling them since May 2024 to try and get help accessing my account as their Multifactor emails DO NOT ever hit my inbox, spam. I do not get bills any more. Nothing! All they tell me is to open an entire new email to pay the bill, pay their fees for "mystery person bill pay," but I should not have to do that. I also should not be subject to fees by a company that has not provided working web services to pay.
