The billing system is very difficult to navigate. For how much they charge for water service, they should invest in a billing platform that is more customer friendly. Never has this problem with Evergy.

Very confusing website. People working there are very rude and un-helpful. Worst customer service of any company. I really hate working with them.

Water One's company's website is a technology dinosaur and appears to be hobbled together using several vendors who don't work well together. They charge late fees before the bill even appears in the mail and the credits they apply to remedy their mistake are not taken off at time of resolution so you end up paying them anyway and no credit is evident on the next bill. The website is in effective in a number of ways and when you call in, you end up being on hold for 30 minutes or more. To make matters even worse, the hold music is dreadfully depressing. They need to make things more efficient.
