The front desk lady was very helpful in resolving my issue with logins. However, I believe that only allowing autopay from a checking account is ANTIQUE. And having two (2) passwords is weird. I'm willing to pay the fees such as $1.95 that Kansas Gas charges. Taking money from your checking account can be a disaster if there is a system error and you're charged far more.
This is, without a doubt, the worst company I have ever dealt with. I initially had a leaky toilet, which I promptly fixed. As requested, I submitted proof of the repair, yet I never received any credit for it. Despite this, they continued to claim that I still had a leak. I was then instructed to sign up for their website to monitor my water usage, which I did. After checking, I saw no evidence of any leaks, yet they persisted with their claims. The billing system is very difficult to navigate. For how much they charge for water service, they should invest in a billing platform that is more customer friendly. Never has this problem with Evergy.
