I have had nothing but a great experience with Water One. I have used them in my home for more that 15 years. In the company I managed, I switch to Water One as well. I can send an email to Luis in Hanover Park for a delivery and it's there the very next day. When I call from home for a delivery, it's always there the next day. Sometime when they delivery like today I wanted more bottles, its never a problem. The drivers are friendly and always put the bottles in the correct location neatly.
We were forced to switch to WaterOne and now we're getting charged a higher service fee and a "system development" fee. So now I get the same exact water but for a higher price... thanks for nothing.
If I could give zero stars I would. The most unhelpful company, with essentially no options. Debit card got hacked, money was stolen, no email, call or text that the original payment didn’t process. Then a $30 charge for someone to put a notice on your door (because that’s less work than a automated text/call/email, right?) I don’t have access to my debit card, but I have funds on my Apple Pay, but that’s not an option for pay.
