I have been living at Watermere at Southlake for 3 years. Love the fact that the residents own our condos or villas. Most other independent retirement facilities are CCRC'S or rented or leased. We have our own owner controlled Board of Directors. The accommodations are truly luxurious. Great way to make new friends. Suburban setting in Southlake. Beautiful 40 acre campus. Many activities!
