Very beautiful complex. Very friendly staff. Thank you Jenna and Kim for making us feel great during the process.
I very carelessly dropped my complete set of keys, with car fob, down our elevator shaft from the 3rd floor all the way to the elevator well at the bottom. The maintenance crew led by Mainenance Director Cedric Alexander went 'above and beyond' to rescue the keys AND fob which was an excellent job and in line with the skill that Cedric and his crew do without much thanks.
Jenna is wonderful. Give her a raise!
