I have been here since 2012 & a very happy resident & I have no regrets of choosing the Watermark. There are so many things to keep everyone happy. Many activities for all to do. I lived in one of the Cottages for 10 years & then moved to the main building & am very happy. The Watermark is now my home. Have many friends here & also a new family for me here. Can’t say enough how great this place is , came here to rehab my knee replacement issue, physical therapy is top notch very well trained and informative instructors, the rooms are very clean , food is 5 stars, now to the most important part of this operation the staff they are super great very sincere, kind, and loving God bless the staff, help me a great deal thank you .
Mom has been a resident of The Watermark for almost 9 years. She has been through the progression of independently living, assisted living, sadly memory care and had a stint in the rehab hospital side. We could not imagine her life or our life if we didn't collectively make this decision to move her to the watermark. At each step, the Watermark amenedities and staff were amazing. My mom lived at the watermark for 10 years. She went from independent to assisted-living and finally in the Gardens (memory care ) for the last 6 years. she had a long battle with Alzheimer’s… But the staff in the gardens were so wonderful with my mother. They loved her and she loved them. They cared for her like family. As awful as the disease was, I felt comfort, knowing how well she was taken care of Ladrina, Carmen, Marvel and Margaret were her family and they will always be my family because of it.
The staff at the Watermark at 3030 Park are truly exceptional. They are professional, kind, and caring. They have created a culture of warmth that makes everyone feel comfortable and cared for. Every time someone comes to visit me here, they mention the warm welcome they receive from the staff.
