Our solicitors were extremely disrespectful — rude emails without any respect and promptness was the best they gave us. Actually trolling, I would have had better communication and empathy from a kid on Roblox which is a disgrace for a law firm. I did try to communicate with them to the end, but I might as well have given up earlier as the process stressed me out so much that my mental health was affected.
