Topanga was so fast, helpful, and patient with notary services, and prioritized helping me when I had a limited amount of time. I so appreciate her and the friendly staff and services close to home.
The employees are the nicest and most helpful. Small, local banks are the best!
Not easy to work with, promises made during the loan process by a high ranking officer in the bank. No follow up no follow through and still have not received funds promised by Stu and Ann 6 months after closing. My suggestion, stay away.
I've worked with Luke and his team for 2 projects and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Luke takes the time to talk through every step and process in detail but simplified so it's easy to understand. Everyone is quick to respond for processes and questions. I can't imagine ever working with anyone else for my mortgage.
