I can’t really judge the water itself or whether it truly works, I’m just trusting I’m drinking good quality water. My review is mainly about the customer service for my one-year maintenance appointment. I emailed to schedule the service and share my availability. Excellent experience with Waterlux! They provided same-day service, which was a huge plus. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and clearly explained everything about the system and maintenance. I’ve saved hundreds of dollars with my filtration system. The remineralization is top tier. Our water is soft clean, soft and crisp. Maintenance is a breeze, no long waiting. Love this company and I love their products.

Been with Waterlux for about 10 years now. Haven’t had any issues with my system. We have never been disappointed with their service. Wouldn’t have any other company service our system yearly. They are super customer focused and are always friendly and one time. Vladimir is without question the best in the business. We are grateful to have found them almost 10 years ago.
