We were fortunate to come across the company after we had a very bad experience with a different water filter company. We live in Parkland. Our water qualities is not so great but thanks to this company. We now have drinking water right off our faucet. Our water tastes amazing we don’t smell or taste anything. Purchased a system from Waterlux for my four year old home and am SO happy I did! I now have crystal clear water for my nightly baths! Love that the system does EXACTLY what they represent!
I had a few companies quote for a "whole house" filtration system and as well, a reverse osmosis filter for drinking (with a chiller). Josh and Waterlux was one of the bidding companies and while it is easy to say how good you are, it is not as simple to actually be that good. But Waterlux did everything right - the quality of the devices, the customer service, the pricing - it was all very impressive. Highly recommend (and have done so, to friends, who also used them). Call Josh - guy is a legend.
The customer service is terrible.
