Our family has seen multiple physiotherapists at WSM-RIM park, and they have all been fantastic. The entire staff is friendly and professional. They are very knowledgeable and give practical, realistic advice based on patient needs. They are very online exercise programs are very easy to follow. I would highly recommend for any physio needs. We have used them for recovery from a broken arm, sprained ankle, knee pain, and general rehab (whole body strength and conditioning) from a major surgery and extended hospital stay.
Jess Carter was friendly, professional, and took the time to really understand my knee issue. She explained things clearly, tailored the plan to my goals, and made me feel confident about recovery. Great first assessment at a clean, easy-to-access clinic.
