I wish I could give Jenna at WaterLily Designs 10 stars. She is fabulous. The flowers at my daughter's wedding at NCC were gorgeous. I am at a loss for words to describe what Jenna put together to make this day even more magical. My phone has been buzzing about the floral arrangements.
