Loved the credit union until today. Got into an argument with finance lady there. I told her I was noticing wrong information with my statements/bill for last several months. She told me I was wrong. Then I asked her to look at the statements since August 2014, she refused. Then she told me I hadn't made a Payment since January 2015, I proved that was wrong... She hung up on me! This is the short version.
