Have been searching for a place for my MIL for several weeks now and the tour of Waterford Place convinced us this was the place for Her. The tour showed us the entire facility which was very clean with a very friendly staff.
We were extremely please with the information and guidance that Zack provided in our initial visit. Zack provided a great tour of the facilities and gave us the confidence that we could be successful in finding a safe and comfortable living facility for our parents. We are looking forward to working with Zack in the future.
I’ve worked with Encore for 8 years now and Waterford Place is one of my favorite communities I have stepped foot in. When you walk into Waterford Place it feels at home with nonstop activities! The team is always welcoming and friendly and not to forget how clean it is and stays! Highly recommend to stop in and check it out!
